HSS-E 8% Co + CARBO-TIN = hardness 67 HRC, to machine steels up to 1300 N/mm², abrasive tough steels, stainless steels, titanium alloys, hard bronze, inconel, nimonic, waspaloy, hard cast irons. The CARBO-TIN coating  hardness 3000 HV, increases the tool life for intensive use,by increasing wear resistance and improving surface finish.

To be used with standard drilling machines.

The centering point grants perfect drilling without any deviating. Thanks to the special sharpening the first sheet will be bored without damage for the second one. Their design allows an excellent penetration, a high resistance to the wear and a great many regrinds.
