HSS-E COBALT
TiN coating
HSS-E Cobalt + TiN = hardness 65 HRC, to machine steels up to 1000 N/mm², cast irons up to 200HB, copper, brass, bronze, aluminium. The TiN coating  hardness 2300 HV increases the tool life for intensive use.

The magafor centre drill with radius thanks to its special profile, is more robust than the 60° centre drill :
the radius eliminates the risk of breakage
it provides an exact bearing
it serves as a protective chamfer.
